Walk-In Temperature & Humidity Chambers (E/HP Series)
With their highly efficient refrigeration system and outstanding thermal insulation, ESPEC's walk-in chambers provide extreme accuracy and stability across a large space. Two series exist, with the E-series covering standard environmental simulation and the High-Power series going beyond the performance requirements of standard chambers.
Nearly infinitely configurable these chambers can test to extremely stringent efficiency test standards including AS/NZSIEC62552.1 20XX and AHAM HRF-1-20XX or can support high rate cycling as required by the automotive industry.
A variety of weather-simulation factors can be added to these chambers including air pressure, rain, snow, fog, airflow (wind), solar radiation, noise and vibration. This allows the same base system to be sued for industries as diverse as IoT, Automotive, Defence, Medical, Human-trials, Food Products and Aerospace.
We install, service and calibrate walk in chambers across the region.

Additional features
High-precision cooling system that induce energy-saving (Japanese patent No. 5427211) Reduced power equipment capacity requirement
The cross-output control limits the maximum current of the heater and the humidifier, thereby reducing the required power equipment capacity.
Long-term continuous testing is possible
The temperature and humidity control range has been further expanded, allowing continuous testing in a broad range. Option: Expanded frost-free range
Download standard tests
Download test condition program patterns from ESPEC's Test Navi reliability test data site to a computer connected to the device and perform standard tests. * You must be registered to use Test Navi.
Online Diagnostics Service
Send the backtrace data by e-mail when a problem occurs, and the cause of the problem will be analyzed and a diagnostic result provided.
High-Power Series
Conforms to global automobile test standards
These products conform to the ISO 16750 international standard that is widely used for global procurement of vehicle devices and components, and also to the LV124 standard created by European automobile manufacturers.
Temperature & humidity range and ramp rate (3ºC/minute)
Ultra-low temperature -70 to +150℃ along with rapid thermal ramp rates allow for fast testing on large or multiple samples.
