AGREE Combined Chambers (Three Position)

Three-Position Combined Environment chambers support combined testing with the shaker in both the vertical and horizontal orientations, along with a chamber stand-alone mode for when you need to use both systems simultaneously. These chambers can be configured in transverse or longitudinal modes depending on the space available, shaker, and chamber size.

All chambers can be manufactured to suit your current vibration test system - IMV designs and manufactures the interfacing panels required along with safety and homing systems to ensure a reliable coupling to the shaker.

IMV can supply vibration-test systems combined with climatic chambers to provide complete vibration, temperature and humidity environmental testing. These systems can be custom-designed to meet your application and specifications.

Battery & Fuel Cell Protective Devices

Charging and discharging of batteries, such as lithium-ion batteries, are important tests to evaluate the life time of the system when under expected load.

During the test, there is a possibility of gas leakage from the battery, ignition, smoking, or destruction - especially when you’re shaking the heck out of them whilst thermal cycling.

IMV incorporate a range of protective and mitigative devices to their chambers when used for battery testing - these include gas sensing, exhaust and supply fans, fire suppression systems, window protection and more.

Rail & Lift Supports

Docking is achieved laterally by the use of floor-installed rails, heavy duty casters and a locking system. The chamber is moved manually between the lateral locations.

Vertically the combined systems utilise a series of high accuracy servomotors and limit switches to achieve repeatable and sealed docking to the shaker assembly or stand-alone bed.

Advanced AGREE control system

IMV’s integrated system controller allows for remote control and monitoring of the entire system. This includes the vibration controller, amplifier, ISM efficiency system and test chamber in one location.

Cameras can be integrated into the online control system to allow for remote specimen monitoring.

Combined Environment Chambers - Pressure

Dealing with the pressure created by the vibration system is important to ensure damage does not occur to the chamber structure. IMV chambers come with built in, and tuned pressure regulators based on the shaker being coupled.

Optional Crane Assembly

Chambers can be configured with cranes to help with lifting heavy specimens onto the vibration table, or into the chamber for testing. These cranes can run on the same railing as the test chamber or can be floor mounted.

Weights are only limited by the shaker load support specification. Powered, unpowered, you can choose.

 
Combined Environment Chamber with Moving Electrodynamic Shaker

Rail Support System + Large Viewing Window

This chamber features a space saving rail system where the chamber remains planted and the shaker slides in and out. This reduces the floor space required when compare to a sliding chamber.

The door with large viewing window is optional and contains cable or hand-in ports for manipulating samples when under test. IMV’s chamber manufacturing line can support almost any configuration you can dream of.

It’s also sporting a pair of chillers to support the water cooled refrigeration system.

Installation, Maintenance & Support

HALT & HASS undertakes training for their Engineers at least annually and often more. Training is provided by IMV’s international support division and covers practical, hands-on maintenance application and fault diagnosis.

Shakers are serviced by our experts who understand the adjustments required to keep your system operating efficiently and as trouble-free as possible.

Installation is conducted by our international team and can include everything from de-crating to rigging and moving equipment before final installation and commissioning.
