AGREE Chamber (Vertical Position)

The simplest of combined systems, these chambers couple to vertical-only (Z-Axis) vibration shakers to provide a combination test of temperature, humidity and vibration/shock. Utilising cube fixture shapes they can be used to test products in multiple axis.

The vertical AGREE chambers come with the smallest footprint of our combined environment systems and can be coupled to a shaker from any manufacturer - not just IMV. Features such as automatic homing make the adjustment from chamber-only to chamber-over-shaker position easy, safe and accurate.

IMV can supply vibration-test systems combined with climatic chambers to provide complete vibration, temperature and humidity environmental testing. These systems can be custom-designed to meet your application and specifications.

AGREE chamber docking configurations

Docking can be provided using either direct coupling (top of shaker nested into the base of the chamber, or via a coupling shaft to transfer the vibration system out of the environmental chamber.

Any vibration shaker can be supported using the coupling shaft method, whilst the direct coupling requires protection of the upper section of the shaker.

 

Advanced AGREE control system

IMV’s integrated system controller allows for remote control and monitoring of the entire system. This includes the vibration controller, amplifier, ISM efficiency system and test chamber in one location.

Cameras can be integrated into the online control system to allow for remote specimen monitoring.

 

Combined Environment Chambers - Pressure

Dealing with the pressure created by the vibration system is important to ensure damage does not occur to the chamber structure. IMV chambers come with built in, and tuned pressure regulators based on the shaker being coupled.
